What is Club 36.0?

Club 36.0 is a small espresso-focused shop for home baristas. We edit the catalog down to cups, glassware, and prep tools that fit the ritual around the pull.

What does shipping cost?

US shipping is a flat $8 standard or $15 express, and orders over $100 ship free. A few partner-fulfilled items carry their own rate, shown at checkout. We currently ship within the US only.

Who fulfills my order?

Some products are fulfilled directly by selected brand or maker partners. That helps keep the catalog focused while letting the product ship from the right source.

Will my items arrive together?

Not always. If your order includes items from different fulfillment partners, they may arrive separately.

What is your return policy?

Start a return within 14 days of delivery; items must be unused and in their original packaging. Full details on the Returns page.

Are the ceramic pieces handmade?

Some ceramic products are handmade or hand-finished. Small variations in glaze, shape, tone, or surface are part of that process and not considered defects.

How do I know if a tool fits my setup?

Check the millimeter size in the product title, variant, or description. Espresso tools are size-specific; 51mm, 54mm, and 58mm parts are not interchangeable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.

Do you offer waitlists?

When an item is sold out, use the notify option if available. It tells us what to restock first.
