Rates

Standard shipping is $7.25 for parcels under 300 g, $8.50 from 300 g up to 2 kg, and $16.00 for 2 kg and up. Express is $19.95. Orders of $75 or more ship Standard free, and orders of $175 or more ship Express free. These rates cover everything we ship ourselves, and you pay one shipping charge per order no matter how many items are in it.

Partner-shipped items

Some gear ships direct from the brand or maker; the product page says so under the price. Those items carry the partner's own shipping rate, which checkout shows as a separate line before you pay. They do not count toward our $75 free-shipping threshold, and some partners offer free shipping at their own threshold.

Timing

In-stock gear ships from us within 2 business days. Partner-shipped items usually leave the brand or maker within 3 to 7 business days.

Split shipments

If your order includes items from different partners, they arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. Checkout shows one shipping line for the gear we ship and one for each partner, so you see the full shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout as each package ships.

Damaged packages

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item, and we will make it right.
