Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Club 36.0 ships within the United States only.

Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $8. Express is $15. Orders over $100 ship free with Standard. A few partner-fulfilled items carry their own rate, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery
In-stock gear ships from us within 2 business days. Partner-fulfilled items ship directly from the brand or maker, usually within 3 to 7 business days. Made-to-order ceramics are thrown and glazed for your order; allow 4 to 8 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Split shipments
If your order includes products fulfilled by different partners, items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. You are only charged shipping once per rate shown at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout as each package ships and is usually active within 24 hours.

Damaged packages
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item, and we will make it right. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
