Komorebi is a line of handleless cups from Chef's Tableware, an Atlanta tableware house. Each is glazed by hand, so the glaze pools and runs a little differently and no two match.

The name is Japanese for sunlight filtering through leaves. The style is Japanese; the cups are made in Thailand. They are the cups we sell most.

Which glaze?

Names match the size picker. Most glazes cover the top two-thirds and leave the speckled clay bare at the foot.

4 oz or 8 oz?

4 oz espresso cup

  • For a single or double shot, cortado or macchiato.
  • A double is about 36 g, so there is room for crema and a splash of milk.
  • About 118 ml.

  • About 237 ml.
