ARO Grinder Setting Dial and Knob for Eureka Mignon, 100 Increments.

The Mignon is a fine grinder with a vague adjustment: a stepless knob and a paint mark. This gives it a number. A laser-engraved aluminum faceplate reads 0 to 100, and a geared aluminum knob turns three full rotations per lap of the dial, so espresso to pour-over and back is a repeatable move rather than a guess. Non-invasive; it comes off without a trace. Shipped direct from ARO Espresso.

Pick your knob

Standard one-piece. Solid aluminum, geared 3:1, threads that will not strip. To lift the top plate for cleaning you unscrew it and re-zero afterward.
Magnetic two-piece. The upper half pulls off magnetically so the top plate comes away for cleaning while the lower half holds your setting. A square interface with four-way symmetry means it goes back on in the same place every time. No re-zero.

Add a hopper

ARO's single-dose hopper with silicone bellows matches the dial. Aluminum or plastic, added at the option above.

Fit

Most Mignon and Oro Mignon grinders with the standard-size knob on the right: Specialita, Silenzio, Design, Turbo, Manuale, Magnifico, Classico, Bravo, Filtro, Filtro Silent, Crono, Brew Pro, Casa, Facile, Notte, Zero, Zero Brew, Libra, Perfetto, Oro XL, Oro Single Dose, Oro Single Dose Brew, Oro Dolce Vita and Oro Stark. Not compatible with the larger King Size knob. Perfetto owners have an extra step removing the stock knob.

Install

Empty and remove the hopper, take off the stock knob, fit the faceplate and knob, zero the dial. Grinder not included.
